Membership Terms

Launch & Main is operated by Harborly LLC. These terms cover free access, paid memberships, content, and support.

Three-day free site access

• Free access lasts three days.
• No payment method is required.
• Free access does not start a paid membership.
• You may choose a paid plan after the trial.

Membership access

Your membership is for you and your business. Do not share private account access, paid files, videos, or member-only links outside your business team. We may change, replace, or add content as the library grows.

Digital question support

Question limits, open-question limits, and target response times depend on the plan shown at checkout. Response times are measured in business days and are targets, not guaranteed deadlines. Support is provided in writing unless a service description clearly says otherwise.

Education, not licensed advice

Launch & Main provides business education, tools, examples, and general coaching support. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for business choices and should use a qualified professional when needed.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate account and payment information.
• Use the service lawfully and respectfully.
• Protect your account and business information.
• Review recommendations and decide what is right for your business.

Our content

Launch & Main owns its lessons, videos, scripts, templates, workbooks, scorecards, and other original materials. Your active membership gives you a limited right to use those materials inside your own business. You may not resell, publish, copy for others, or use them to create a competing product.

Changes and ending access

We may update plans, prices, features, or these terms. We will give reasonable notice before a price change affects a future charge. We may suspend or end access for misuse, unlawful activity, nonpayment, or a serious breach of these terms.
