Launch & Main is operated by Harborly LLC. This page explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, email address, business name, survey answers, questions, and messages.
- Membership and purchase details, such as the plan you choose, subscription status, and payment history.
- Basic site-use information, such as the pages visited, device type, and actions taken on the site.
Payment information
Stripe handles payment information. Launch & Main does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may collect and use information under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
- Provide site access, lessons, tools, and member support.
- Manage trials, memberships, payments, and cancellations.
- Answer questions and improve our content and services.
- Send service messages and, when allowed, useful business updates.
- Protect the site, our members, and our business.
When we share information
We may share only the information needed with companies that help us run the business, such as payment, website, email, analytics, and member-platform providers. We may also share information when required by law or to protect people and the business. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed to provide services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, protect the site, and meet legal duties.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails. Service and billing messages may still be sent while your account is active.
Children
Launch & Main is made for business owners and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top will show when it was last updated.
