Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free access
No card is required. Free access does not start a paid membership.
Cancel a paid membership
You may cancel at any time through the Manage Membership page. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the law requires otherwise, you will keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Monthly membership refunds
Monthly membership charges are generally not refunded after a new billing period begins. If you believe you were charged after a timely cancellation, charged the wrong amount, or charged because of a technical error, contact us promptly so we can review it.
Project services
Project support is quoted separately. The project scope, price, payment schedule, revision limits, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be provided in writing before work begins.
How to cancel
- Open the Manage Membership page.
- Enter the email address used at checkout.
- Open the membership and choose cancel.
- Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
